A proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges, whether in-store or online.

Store Purchases

For items purchased in-store, a receipt is required. Please refer to the return policy printed on the bottom of your receipt.

Online Purchases

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please visit our website at artisanstationery-us.com to begin the process. You will receive instructions on how to proceed. All items purchased through our website are subject to our return policy. All items must be returned or exchanged in their original packaging, with no signs of wear or use.

Artisan Stationery is not responsible for any returned shipping charges.

Once your item is returned and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval status. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded accordingly.

Please note that returns on Gift Cards will not be accepted.

Return Address

For approved returns or exchanges, please send your item to the return address provided during the return authorization process on our website. The return address will be clearly communicated to you after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Please do not send any returns without first obtaining return authorization, as such items may not be processed.
